Join the Associate Winemaker Adolfo Hernandez of Benovia Winery for an interactive seminar about the process of barrel fermenting wines, and how Benovia is unique in barrel fermenting their Cabernet Sauvignon. You will taste a flight of five wines that have a variety of fermentation styles. Adolfo will be bringing a used barrel from the cellar and demonstrating how Benovia barrel ferments. Also, he will bring a variety of tools and you will have the opportunity to try them out! We hope you can join us and the Benovia team on this special tasting & learning experience at Region Sonoma.
This will be a 90-minute experience and will start promptly at 6:00 pm. There are only 20 seats available.
